Configuring a catch-all email mailbox will be remarkably easy in case you’ve got a website hosting service with our company. You can activate the feature through our powerful, yet user-friendly Email Manager tool, which is built into the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will administer your shared web hosting account. You will find all the mailboxes that you’ve set up displayed alphabetically and on the right-hand side of each one of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly show you if a specific mailbox gets all the messages pertaining to a given domain name or not. With one click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option at any moment. In case there’s active email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a certain domain, you will get a warning note from our system. The latter will not disable/replace anything automatically or without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
You will be able to create a catch-all email address with no more than one click in case you have a Linux semi-dedicated hosting service with us and your email messages are handled by our cloud platform. All the email addresses that you set up with any domain name hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel. Each of them will have a small "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to enable this feature will be to click on that icon. In the exact same fashion you’ll be able to remove the feature, if you don’t need it any longer. Our system will warn you if you’re trying to activate a second catch-all mailbox for a given domain or in case there’s activated email forwarding, but it’ll never alter or deactivate any feature automatically or without your approval.
